Personal Care and Domestic Assistance
Providing support to you in the comfort of your own home. Our team will provide assistance in areas of personal hygiene activities, eating and drinking, mobility and transportation, domestic duties and life.
Social & Community Participation
Do you feel you need assistance getting out and about in the community? Care Beyond Limits disability can support you going to the supermarket or as simple as participating in your community.
We, support individuals to build meaningful connections, develop new skills, and engage in their community . Through our Social and community Participation services, we empower clients to take part in activities that promote independence, confifence ,and wellbeing .
Supported independent living
We help you in Supported Independent Living (SIL) , funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that helps people with disabilities live as independently as possible. It provides assistance with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and developing life skills while living in shared or individual housing.
independent living Options (ILO)
Care Beyond Limits Perth works closely with participants to design tailored ILO arrangements that match their lifestyle and goals. Supports can include help with daily living, decision-making, personal care, and building life skills — all delivered in a way that promotes confidence and independence.
